How do I download my purchased files?

Immediately upon receiving your order, you will be directed to a page informing you that the order is successful. There will be a link at the bottom for you to download. At the same time, you will receive an email with the same download link. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it right away. Please note that the download link is only valid for 24 hours upon purchase.

I have a discount code. Where do I put it?

Once you have added an or multiple Editable Specimens into your cart go ahead and click on checkout via your shopping cart. You’ll see the “Discount Code” field under Order Summary. Enter your valid discount code and click “Apply”

Why is my discount code not working?

Most of our discount codes are valid only for a period of time. If your discount code is not working it is most likely expired. If you are very certain that the discount code is valid, please email us at info@emstandards.com and we will verify that for you.

Where do you ship to?

All of our products are sold in digital form. We do not ship physical products at this point of time.

What’s the difference between Reference Manuals and Editable Specimens?

Reference Manuals contain everything you need to know in order to help with attaining the respective ISO certification. This includes all the templates and specimens for you to study. However, the Free Download of Reference Manuals is in PDF which is not editable. Editable Specimens are the same templates and specimens included in the Reference Manuals except it is in file formats that are editable.

What kind of file formats will I be receiving from Editable Specimens?

All Editable Specimens files are made from Microsoft Words, Excel or Powerpoint. The common format that we use are: .docx, xlsx, pptx.

There are things that I need clarification from the Reference Manuals/ Editable Specimens. Do you have after sales support?

Yes. We welcome all questions regarding the usage of the Reference Manuals and/or Editable Specimens. Simply email us your questions at info@emstandards.com and we will get back to you soonest possible. If you have purchased the Editable Specimens from our site, do include the order number in your enquiry as we will prioritise questions asked by purchasers.

I have not received any invoice after my purchase. How do I get it?

Since there is no tax being charged on all the items sold in this website, the Order Summary is equivalent to the Invoice. If you really must have an invoice for your accounting purposes, kindly email us at info@emstandards.com and we’ll get back to you.
